I recently got off a call with consultant Saadya. I wish to pass my gratitude for the she handle my concern, her listening and understanding skill is impeccable, she made me feel heard and assisted me in way that brought relief to the concern i had, i want to say to her she must continue being kind and welcoming when dealing with clients , because you may never know what the client is going through at that given moment , to receive such relief is more than one could ever expected from someone on the other side of the line ,Thankyou so much
