I queried my annual review. Delta phoned me to discuss it. He was very thorough, went through my policy profile and explained all the amendments. He listened, was respectful and took into consideration my needs and my personal circumstances. The whole experience was very pleasant and informative. Delta is an asset to Dialdirect and a decent human being. Thank you
