I have been with Dail Direct almost 10years, no issues, Friendly. Always professional,understands customers, always great service throughout.It doesn't matter which Agent serve you the service is consistent. For a company to start and company to start a Breakdown call with 'Firstly sir how are you, are you safe' says a lot.
