I have been insured with Dialdirect since 2016

I have been insured with Dialdirect since 2016. It is sad that they increase premiums by 25-30percent annually. Every year I phone in for them to review my policy, but this year it is better to cancel and go to a different insurer. Discovery is quoting me R300 less than Dialdirect, after the review, with no excess, and double the value on house hold. Where is the customer loyalty going?
