I have a short-term insurance (vehicle insurance) with dial direct for the past five years. Their customer care and services have been and remained excellent over the period of my insurance with them. They are always pro active in their reviews of insurance anniversaries and allowing for negotiations of the premiums based in insurance history. Their most attractive benefit is monthly cashback on the monthly premiums. I have really enjoyed this benefit.
