I have a policy with dial direct for a while. Then I took the car to the bank the lady advised that I can take the policy to my daughter because I have a payout next year for R12000. 00 I told her she call me tomorrow next day and explained that I want to change my banking details I can take a policy for my daughter I waited for a call nothing happened. Tried logging into an app it gave me a message that I have an existing policy went on the website to get a call back still nothing. I then called on the last week the lady by the name of Poseletso went an extra mile to assist me to replace the policy. We did numerous quotes and she was very patient and helpful. She did a great job. Now am waiting for a call from the head office to give a response regarding the misinformation the lady advised and why she never called me. They advised that they will go to the recording to listen to that conversation. Overall I have been happy with dial direct since I joined them
