I hate dial direct
I had HORRIBLE experience with Dial direct, its good when you pay your premiums but when you claim everything changes. My last experience with them was bad...they refused my claim for a fridge which is not even 4 years old under the pretences of wear and tear, yet electrician i called said it was indeed a power surge...if that was not worse...they decided to cancel my policy...No reasons given. Trash insurance
