I had been struggling with getting my tracking certificates to Dial Direct. Others told me to upload them on the app but with no clear direction, of where to upload them. I was later told to email them but the email sent to me didn't work. I was eventually helped by Given Tshabalala. Who said I should email them to him and immediately he received them and told me that he has received them. All is now sorted!
