I had an exceptional experience with Lindo, at Dial Direct. She turned a challenging situation into a positive one. Her promptness, agility and attentiveness made all the difference. Despite the usual challenges of a call centre she managed to escalate my issue with management and ensured a rapid intervention. Not only did she get back to me with the resolution, but she also quickly reached all the stakeholders related to my query to update them. I would rate her a perfect 10 out of 5 and wish every call center had agents like her. She truly went above and beyond to assist me.
