I had a house breaking on the 22 of October 2023 last year they send a person to fixed the damage on the door and burglar guard door he just fail the door with a paper failer and he said he will come back when the insurance says so but he never come back

I had a house breaking on the 22 of October 2023 last year they send a person to fixed the damage on the door and burglar guard door he just fail the door with a paper failer and he said he will come back when the insurance says so but he never come back until now I don't know maybe is the way they work I don't know because he said when he come back he will change the door but even now he was never come back. My door doesn't close properly and you can see the hole when they put that thing the were using when they forced to open the door when it's windy the door open its self since that guy he said he will come back he never at all so I want to know how do you work guys according my situation
