I had a few things I wanted to enquire about with regards to my policy as im new to Dialdirect ,I requested a call back which happened immediately. I was assisted by Zintle . She answered all my questions and effectively and professionally. Also got great service from Ronwen Blaauw a week ago when I opened my policy,sofar the customer service over the phone has been 10 out of 10 .
