I got charged for a cancelled policy
<p>I took out policy number <span style="color: #606060; font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12.84px; line-height: 19.26px; background-color: #ffffff;">*** last month after I was going to buy a new car, but decided to cancel the policy as I opted not to take the car. I emailed a request to cancel the policy, called to cancel the policy and even chatted with someone to confirm if the policy was cancelled. On the 25 April </span><span style="color: #606060; font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12.84px; line-height: 19.26px; background-color: #ffffff;">Nwabisa Binase confirmed via chat that the policy was cancelled and online this was reflecting. However, this morning I got an sms from the bank to say that R 1100 was debited from account from Dialdirect for the same policy.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color: #606060; font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12.84px; line-height: 19.26px; background-color: #ffffff;">How is it possible that consultants confirm its cancelled and your system indicates the same but you still debit an account for sething they do not have. </span></p> <p><span style="color: #606060; font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12.84px; line-height: 19.26px; background-color: #ffffff;">Please refund my account immediately as this is *****! You used my bank details to debit money for no reason.</span></p>
