I didn’t rate it as 5 because I thought that the new premium includes the car hire which was quoted at R34

I didn’t rate it as 5 because I thought that the new premium includes the car hire which was quoted at R34.26. The agent who helped me was fantastic so I think this may have been a misunderstanding
