I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Theodore Connie,what a kind friendly helpful and efficient person who took on my problem and made it his own,he phoned me emailed me throughout the day until it was resolved.i have been on this earth for 64 Years,and no one has made my day like he did.the staff are great,but Theodore was a diamond.well done to him. He will go far with an attitude like that.
