I contacted dialdirect to make a quote about adding lost or ****** goods to my existing cover

I contacted dialdirect to make a quote about adding lost or ****** goods to my existing cover. I realised it would be to expensive for me to add it so I decided not to do so. A guy by the name of Thato stated that he has managed to lower my current premium nonetheless. He further said he’ll send through a policy document with the amendments. I just read through the document and to my surprise they’ve removed my buildings cover without my consent! This really unacceptable.
