I claimed for a repair on my windscreen and Rahima was very helpful and walked me through the process. She was very patient and helpful and made me understand everything so easily. The experience I had with her there was no need for questions from my side because she explains everything so well to me. She went through my profile with me just to make sure all my details are 100% on their system and by her doing that we came across that my company details were in correct it stated that I work for the government and I dont work for the government she fixed it for me straight away. She also got me to add building cover and that as well she was very patient and explain everything well Just for me to understand 100%.
