I called to enquire about an excess which due by myself in case of accident. This suddenly reappeared when I made alterations to my policy last week, but was not there in the policy documents l received This was not on my policy in the 2025 April review. The consultant was so patient with me and altered the policy for me. It has always been a pleasure for me to liaise with Dial Direct honestly. Everyone I have liaised with is so pleasant.
