I called to change my car insurance policy from market value to retail value and the Chloe Gibbs actually explained the other option better and I ended up taking that

09 Jan 2025, 11:23After singing praises about the BetterCar I learned the hard way. The 15% of the retail value promised is not what will be paid when you loose your car. New calculations will be introduced. Calculation that were not explained and that do not exist on your policy agreement.
