I called Dialdirect to do my annual insurance policy review. I was assisted by Ms Leeann Rampasad who is a short term insurance consulted there. I was paying a monthly premium of R2 034 and she reduced it to R1 786. I retained all my benefits and very happy with Dialdirect. Been with the insurer since 2017.
