I added my new phone to my policy today... The Dial Direct call centre agent who assisted me, Meghon, was courteous, friendly and professional and the matter was concluded within minutes... By the time I got home, newly amended policy had been sent... Have been a client of Dialdirect for just about two decades now and have never had any problems during this time...
