Horrible Service Dialdirect
I contacted Dialdirect on Monday 25th of January 2021, Wednesday 27th of January 2021 and today 28th of January 2021 apparently they don't have any staff that can assist with an updated quote. Since I got a better deal at Standard bank insurer this is my last resort to inform you that your service is extremely terrible and that if you can't offer me a better quote cancel the policy immediately and I shall take the offer from Standard Bank.
