Hide and Seek

Had no claims for the last year but received a 22 % increase in my premiums and increase with my excesses. I been having annual problems with this company, who always do this on review, terrible increases, yet they first to take the debit order, sometimes a day earlier than what I get paid, what greed and poor service. I Had enough and I phoned in and emailed to cancel my policy many times , which they conveniental ignore with the hopes of still taking my premiums, i guess. It's like that person that borrows money from you at 3am in the morning but hides when they need to pay back, that's Dial direct insurance for you. Consumers pease stay away.
