Hide and seek by Dialdirect for my claim for my car tyre that i claimed

sometimes you ask yourself why we pay to be played. since i made a claim for my car tyre and submitted all the things i was asked to submit, and i was promised that i will get feed back after 48 hours, till today i have not heard anything from Dialdirect, but come next week, money will be deducted from my account to pay my monthly premiums. As if my claim was for 4 tyres, the claim is just for a mere tyre that was damaged when i was driving, i am not driving without a spare wheel when Dialdirect is playing hide and seek games with me. it is so disgusting that when they deduct they do not even ask you if you have money or not they just deduct but when you claim for a mere R1000 claim, they play hide and seek with you.
