Hello, last night I sent an email to Dial Direct cancelling my car insurance with because of the misunderstanding after taking the insurance. I received a call transferring me to cancellation department where I spoke with Moses Khoza. Moses asked why I was leaving them and I told him, he then explained well the package I took, he was very clear and I understood and changed my mind. Thanks to him because I have already made up my mind that I am cancelling my insurance.
