Harassing people

Every morning for the past two weeks somebody from dial direct phones me. I informed them not to phone me as I am not interested in car insurance from them. I am not happy with my excising insurer (but nobody can still give me a better price nor service). I ask them where do they get my number and name and they informed me they buy the info from DMA. As I understand that is not legal and you as person must give your consent for DMA to do that. I ask from all marketing agency's to please stop harassing me.
