Happy days with insurance -Dial Direct

2 weeks ago we had really freakish weather in Cpt, Saturday start partly-overcast which turned bitterly cold around 2ish with rain. This weather phenomenon caused a buildup of dampness on the inside walls... Come Monday morning and we switched on our pc's to work (work from home) and watch the news (back-ground noise) and the PC's wouldn't turn on... After investigating we found moisture on the PC components and pulled out the trusty hairdryer to dry it up... 2 of the 3 PC's then worked but one reminded non working... Changed components from 1 PC to "broken" pc to find the faulty component and traced it to the PSU & CPU/M-Board... Submitted a claim to Dial-Direct and they refused the claim as the events described don't match any of the events associated with their policies...*** do we pay over R2000/mth for insurances if one can't claim... This after they refused to fight to get our excess back from a vehicle accident caused by a negligent driver rear ending us because both stories didn't match and their version showed they weren't liable...
