Happy customer

I recently purchased a new vehicle, and immediately insured with dial direct, as their insurance was quite reasonably priced. Within the first month, another vehicle knocked into my car, and damaged it. I contacted dial direct, and they immediately arranged for an assessor to view the damage, and sent the car for repair. three weeks after the accident, I had my car back. repaired. I was very happy with their excellent service and their friendly consultants. The only sad part is I am waiting for the excess that I paid, to be recovered from the third party insurance...Otherwise well done Dial Direct. keep up the excellent work.
