I called dialdirect looking for a car insurance... I had a problem with insurances because I insured my car previously with another insurance, was involved in an accident but the insurance I was with did not help me I ended up fixing my car from my own pocket... but Nhlanhla Mnembe the service he gave me was something else out of this world, he advised on what to do when claiming. His patience and understanding is something else... he broke everything down to me like I was a grade R learner, he made sure i understand everything to the peak he further more allowed me to use the language I was comfortable with, I hope I will receive the same service when I claim hoping to always be assisted by him... thank you Nhlanhla I hope dialdirect has more employees like you with good communication skills, patience and understanding.
