Hail Damage Repairs Taking Way Too Long!

I sent my car to Global Hail Solutions for hail damage repairs on 10/02/2015 and was informed that the damage was minimal and that the repairs would take a maximum of 7 working days. I am now starting the 3rd week without my car and was informed that there is additional paint work to be done, and that the vehicle has been booked for 09/03/2015 in at Auto Magic. This means that will be without transport for over a month! <br> <br> I am utterly disgusted by the way Dial Direct has dragged their feet and their complete disregard for customers. As soon as I have my car back, I will be looking for another insurer.
