Great work at last

This is the update om my previous review, now deleted. Following my car accident and claim, I was very disappointed as far the feedback from DialDirect TIH. Fortunately, last week, Mr Himesh, a company manager, contacted me. He was very polite and together with Mr. Godfred Kleinbooi, promised me to have the issue sorted for the following Tuesday. Well, it got finally sorted on the Wednesday, one day before 3 weeks since the claim. That is to prove that a personal involvement can produce great things. Thank you Himesh and Godfred, you made me believe in Dialdirect again. Bruno
