I would like to commend Robbie on his sensitivity and keeping the communication lines open and informing me all the way during all the steps. Robbie really has gone out of his way to make the process easier. </p> <p>PS - Thanks to Robbie and the staff at Dialdirect for the "doeke koek" and vouchers after our baby's nappies were ****** during the *******.
