Thabou came to my house to do an assessment on a burglary claim that I submitted at Dial Direct. He is professional and friendly, and somehow managed to make this a pleasant experience for me! Even the fact that my household content was not 100% correctly insured, was dealt with in such a manner, and explained so well to me that I still felt I was treated fairly and consistently. The claim was paid out within 2 weeks, which, considering the complexity of my claim was very efficient. After the trauma of the ******* and all the personal loss and subsequent anger and frustration experienced, I can still say that it made a huge difference that someone like Thabou was sent to my house to assess the claim. He would be an asset to any insurance company - I hope I never have to claim something again in my lifetime, but if it has to happen I will insist that he deals with the claim!
