Great service from Muzi Masipa
Called into Dile Direct to cancel my insurance policy due to additional excesses. Muzi assisted me in getting better cover and understanding my policy more effeciently, whoch resulted in me staying with the company. He was both friendly and effecient, and all round a pleasure to deal with.
