GREAT SERVICE BY DIAL DIRECT
i can only praise Dial Direct for the assistance I was provided with. i had a query regarding the Dial Direct App which indicated a wrong profile. According to the Dial Direct consultant,Deborah Nthangeni, my profile on their system was correct. She promised to find out what was wrong. She phoned me back, requested some screenshots and details of my phone and about an hour later, the problem was solved. Once again, thank you for a great experience.
