Great service, attitude and feedback.
I am most impressed with the way my resent claim was handled, by everyone involved from start to finish and especially Nuraan Parring for efficient handling of my claim by email due to my hearing impairment. <br> <br> I have always had a good experience with Dial Direct apart from the initial hiccoughs concerning my impairment and inability to phone them and apart from the bad service from one of their contracted auto repairers.<br> <br>
