I phoned DialDirect regarding my increased premium on Vehicle Finance. My call was immediately answered (did not wait with boring music at all), and my call was answered by ****em Suliman.<br> <br> ****em was polite, friendly and had a really great attitude. He went out of his way to assist me, and got me a really good discount on my premium.<br> <br> I can get better premiums from other insurance companies on [URL Removed] However, those better premiums does not beat the excellent service I received today and in the past.<br> <br> PS I also got a cash back last month from them without even inquiring about it or anything.<br> <br> Big Thank you to ****em.
