Great service
After a home burglary, Dial direct was great to work with. I dealt with their Call Centre on various occasions and they were extremely efficient and professional. The cost Adjuster assigned to the claim (Mervyn Williams) provided excellent service and kept me up to speed. They paid my claim out as per the agreed date as well which was fantastic<br> <br> I found Dial Direct was a lot easier more professional to deal with than my previous insurance company. <br> <br> Thanks again to the Dial Direct team for sorting everything out.
