Great service
Called Dial Direct's ****em Suliman today about the increase in premium 3 months after a review. He explained the yearly automatic increase, how to negotiate this in future and decreased my premiums. All this in under 10 minutes and emailed me the new policy. Friendly and efficient - a winning combination. This is why I am with Dial Direct for last 6-7 years.
