Great customer service from Marilize Cooper

I would like to say a big thank you to Marilize Cooper who went above and beyond to assist in getting my claim finalized. 2 previous agents delayed my claim by almost a week and she took it upon herself understanding my frustration, continued communication and updates received from her. She definitely has done more than what was required, picked up where her fellow colleagues dropped the ball.
