Great customer service

I would like to compliment Marcia Mahlaba who assisted me with my documents query after I had been requesting the documents for almost a month with no success. <br> <br> She referred my query to what I assume is the Systems Development department, she called me daily to update me that the issue is still being looked at. When the issue was resolved she called me to confirm that I had received the document.<br> <br> Wish more service agents could have great passion for their work like her. I was pleasantly surprised by her continuous feedback.<br> <br> Keep up the great work Marcia!!!
