GOOD SERVICE BUT LESS INFORMED

<p>I had a claim with DialDirect towards end of year 2016. I stay in Pretoria West, my car was towed from Kemtonpark police station to their yard. my claim was approved on time and it was taken to Renew-it company in Randburg for repairs WITHOUT an advise that my car will be taken to that place that is far from me and for what reason. </p> <p>yes i had some disapointment when there was delays since i was told by a consultant how long repairs should take how and long and they refused to extend my caretucy car. i struggled to go to work, take my son to school and other important things.</p> <p>when my car was ready for collection i was told that i have to go and fetch the car myself. I called them to explain the challenges of transport to take me where the car is (and remember that i was not told that they are taking my car to be repaired that far from where i stay)..... but to them it was not their responsibility to assist me, i had to make a plan myself which it was not easy at all.</p> <p>Since i got the the car, there are some things that i have notified the repairer that i need them to relook or fix them (e.g. airconditioner is not working from the day i took the car)... I am struggling to get a chance since January to go to Randburg because they told me that i must bring the car in the morning during the week only and i am going to wait for it until it is fixed. I am working from monday to friday (which means i must take a leave) and another petrol of return to where they are.</p> <p>I really find this not being fair to a customer who dont miss any premiums and always adhere to their instructions when it comes to finance part.</p> <p>Now i dont know when and how i will be able to make it to the repairer and in the meantime i am not enjoying my car as i should.</p>
