Good Day, I called Dial Direct this morning to cancel a recent vehicle insurance policy I signed up with them. I signed up with Dial Direct because my current insurance providers became too expensive and were offering me a service I didn't really require. To cut the long story short, I spoke to a gentleman called Delano Trussell. Very polite patient and understanding service consultant. He took his time to listen to me and tried by all means to keep me with Dial direct. <br> <br> In a world that is full of rude and untrained service consultants, I like to encourage the good service providers. I hope Delano can keep up the good work. I am very impressed. I hope your managers get to hear you on the phone with your clients.
