Good Service

I called Dialdirect because my Basic excess had dramatically increased (more that a 100%) within six months. I was referred to Marcel as the specialist in the query that I had. He was very quick with the security questions and immediately tried to deal with my problem. I asked Marcel why the increases happen so randomly and what criteria is used as I was very unhappy. His explanations were helpful and where I did not understand he tried to explain in other words to ensure that I understood. Marcel also gave me a tip as to how I should ask for reviews to my premiums and avoid doing it regularly as this might affect my once a year reviews. In my view, Marcel went beyond my expectations because beyond patiently explaining all the detail, he still tried to work out a premium and excess that is more acceptable to me. For me that is great service.
