Good Luck Trying to Cancel Your Policy - they'll deliberately ignore you!

I've phoned four times to try to cancel my policy. Every time I get though to someone who puts me on hold and then no one answers. One even went so far as to say "I'll put you through but there might not be anyone there".

I then sent them an email to the complaints department but they ignored it as well. Finally on my fifth phone call I managed to cancel the policy. Its obviously a back hand tactic of theirs to make it hard to cancel your policy.

Don't get a policy with these guys - imagine trying to go through a claims process with them! I'd much rather have a broker and avoid these guys completely.
