Good day,I just felt to thank Dial Direct for great service in the last while. As life happens, we had a few claims that just happened at our residence and on vacation. I felt bad to must call Dial Direct again,but must say that every time I was treated with empathy and respect, as I also have a hearing impairment, making communication more involved.The claim processes went their co**** and were settled without much delay. Thanks to a great company and companion with very loyal employes that are always willing and friendly to assist with their clients issues. We salute you!
