Good. Wonderful assistance I received this morning, my issue was resolved swiftly and professionally. The consultant allowed me time to explain my situation and he was patient with me 😀😀 he followed every avenue to ensure that I am assisted. It's unfortunate that I had to change insurance companies, because of a lower offer otherwise I'm happy with Dial Direct customer service. Although there might be those certain individuals who just stink up the bag of potatoes, the individuals that do give you beautiful service actually negate the bad service and you leave a happy man or woman and redeem the company.
