Going An Extra Mile
I would like to compliment Dial Direct for having resolved my complaint under the auspices of Mr Jan Van Den Belt, I was very upset after talking to their call center consultant/agent hence my initial complaint my issue was resolved under 50 hours, I am happy that the issue is resolved and my car will be repaired without emotional issues.<br> <br> Thank you Dial Direct you have gained a loyal customer.
