GIT insurance claim not processed

I lodged a claim for GIT insurance on Monday last week and I was sent an LOP form by Lydia to sign and send back before someone would proceed with my claim. Up until today no one has gotten back to me.

I even phoned the claims department on Monday this week and I was still asked about the LOP form and only then was I told that they still haven’t sent it to the next department and that they’ll do it then.

It’s Thursday today and we going to the third week and still nothing.

So much for all the TV ads you have where you convince millions of people that you are a great insurance. If A simple claim for an insignificant amount takes this long, I wonder how long it would take for my vehicle claim to be processed - probably forever.
