Get back Ching

On the 27th December 2018 I reported to Dial Direct that their App has stopped tracking my trips automatically, the gentlemen I spoke to alluded that I was not the first to be complaining about this and that his advise to me will be the same as that he has been giving to other complainants, which was to manually start the trip tracking on the App.

I took the advise and did precisely that, yes sometimes id forget to do it as I don't like fiddling with my phone while driving, I soon went into the app, I saw that it has been tracking the trips which I started up manually but the app was not scoring my trips, this thus affecting me on my monthly payback. I contacted Dial direct again, the lady I spoke to told me to send a screenshot of what the App says, I did exactly that and no one got back to me with any feedback.

On Sunday 20 Jan 2019 I got into the App again, requested a callback from Dial Direct, on Monday 21st Jan 2019 I received the call, the lady I spoke to was very nice and took me through the settings that is supposedly controlling when the app tracks automatically, we did that and she asked me to give it a trial run in the afternoon when I knock off, indeed I did so, by the time I got home I realized that it did not track the trip, the next morning I went into the App to manually start the tracking, the trip was tracked and when I checked my scoring, still no score, tried that until this morning hoping that it will score my trip so I could "GET BACK CHING" with no success.

All the trips I recorded are visible to both myself and Dial direct yet none of them are scored, they are all "Invalid" as result, no GETTING BACK THAT CHING...

I want to get back the ching like I was promised when I took up the policy, the APP was working perfectly until 4 December 2018 and I was getting back ching, I aimed at getting more ching so I became a better driver yet now Im not getting back any...
