Frustration with Dial Direct: Unfulfilled Promises and Better Competitor Offer

I enrolled in both the extended warranty and the scratch and dent warranty due to the features they promoted. However, when I attempted to make a claim, I was told that my car's issue is not covered. Despite being promised a call from a manager to resolve this, I have not heard back. This lack of response is highly frustrating, and I will be ending my business with Dial Direct, especially since I have found a more favorable premium from a competitor.
